Sauvignon Blanc from one of the few, geninune cool climate plantings on the Central Coast. The Presqu'ile vineyard sits on a sandy hill in Western Santa Maria, constantly blasted by cool, marine winds from the nearby Pacific. The result is a bright, citric and herbal Sauvignon Blanc from this exceptionally well tended vineyard.
Pair with anything from the ocean or with wings and goat cheese. Great option for tofu and vegetarian fare as well!
